LYDIA, Sardis. Pseudo-autonomous issue. Æ (20.5mm, 4.95 g, 1h). T. Claudius M.F. Eprius Marcellus, Proconsul. Struck circa AD 70-73. Helmeted bust of Athena right, wearing aegis / Tetrastyle temple with three pellets in pediment. BMC 67-8. Attractive turquoise green patina with light earthen highlights/deposits, some cleaning marks. Good VF.
